In 2002, when I was 17, Apple released the iMac G4.
In 2003, I was shocked to see the iMac G4 in computer-shop near my school. That year, I fell in love with two products: the iMac G4 and the CD Walkman EJ985. It was in that year that I began to understand industrial design and developed a strong interest in it. It was Apple and SONY that started my design dream.
With admiration for iMac G4, I applied for the major of industrial design and officially started my design career in 2003.
In 2021, it will be 19 years since the release of the iMac G4 and 18 years since I started designing. It wasn't a very special year, but I had an inspiration: to design a product in the form of the iMac G4, and using Apple's MagSafe technology.
This design, dedicated to Steve Jobs, salute to the classic.
This design, for myself, is a dream, but also hope to open a new chapter.
2002年，我17岁，苹果发布了iMac G4。
2003年，我在学校旁边的电脑城里，看到了iMac G4，惊为天人。那一年，我喜欢上了两件产品：iMac G4和CD Walkman EJ985。也正是那一年，我开始去了解工业设计这门学科，并对工业设计产生了浓厚的兴趣。可以说，是苹果和索尼开启了我的设计梦想。
2003年，我参加高考。怀着对iMac G4的崇拜，我填报了工业设计专业，正式开启了设计生涯。
2021年，是iMac G4发布的第19年，也是我从事设计的第18年。虽然不是什么特殊的年份，但我灵光乍现，回归初心：取iMac G4之形态，用苹果之MagSafe技术，设计出本产品。
